To whomever wrote this..Try this one for size..In 1976, I checked out a book written by Doctor Edward Teller, who was one of the people involved in the atomic bomb project and although he had several chapters on other subjects, he also had a chapter about the Philly experiment which he described in detail as he was one of the scientist involved in the play with pulsating electro-magnetic waves..He described what happened as he claimed to be there when it happened and went on to describe that after that experiment, a company, not named, from the Northeastern part of the country gave him a hanger, some help or assistants, plus a million dollar budget to do some further experiments with pulsating electro magnetic and according to his book, they had to run a wire to his disc , which ws described as being approx. 4 foot in diameter but by controlling the pulses, he was able to make the disc hover, go up and down, fly around the room and about anything he wished but the problem as he stated was that until a power supply could be developed that would make the object self contained, it was basically worthless but he did suggest that if and when nuclear power became available, it could probably be made small enough to power such an object..After his year was up, for no reason he could ever find out, the funding was pulled from the project.....This book was printed in 1947 and in 1976 I was only the second person to check it out...Later searches to find a copy of the book were unsuccessful and in searching, I found an e-mail address for Dr. Teller and contacted his secretary who gave me the brush off to stat but after sending more e-mails, she finally got Teller to take a look at what I was asking and all I got out of him that it would be "untimely" to discuss the experiment at this time...I e-mailed back and asked for an explanation of what he considered as "untimely" but never received an answer..although he is elderly and supposed to be retired, he still has a secretary and his e-mail address is a gov't e-mail address..

Cover-up???..sure sounds like one but on the program shown about the Philly experiment, his name was never mentioned and in his book, he described exactly how it was done..If you people have any information on this book or how to get ahold of a copy of it, I would certainly be interested in getting a copy..I even went so far as to try to get the title of the book from his secretary or him but to no avail...The best I can find about books he has had published listed 1949 as the oldest one I could locate but I'm am sure this book was published in 1947 but a search of the archives will not turn up anything at least for me..I even had the state library dept to see if they could locate anything to give me a clue but nothing there either..At least show me the courtesy of saying you got this e-mail even if you have no info that will help with my own personal search.........
